Delivery prices are to addresses within mainland United Kingdom only. Unfortunately for larger items we do not deliver to the Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Delivery for most items is usually within 2-3 days of ordering, boats can take longer. Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive an email from ourselves. The couriers used and the time taken to deliver varies depending on the pickup & delivery locations. If you need your order on/by a certain date then please order well in advance and let us know your requirements so we can help meet them as best we can.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide to us, therefore you must ensure that all details are full and correct, including post-code, house number and contact phone number. Upon receipt of your order please check for any damage as we will not be able to accept damaged orders back should the order be accepted by yourself on delivery and not signed for as damaged. Bic Boats Direct will not be held responsible for any lost, undelivered or returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete details supplied by yourself. In the event that you fail to sign for, accept or collect your delivery which is subsequently returned to us you will offered the option to either cancel your order where we will refund all monies paid by you less all expenses incurred by Bic Boats Direct in attempting to deliver your order; or, request a re-delivery by reimbursing Bic Boats Direct for any expense incurred due to the return of your order plus the actual cost of re-delivery.
All Bic Products are covered by Bic Sport's 12 months manufacturer's warranty.
If any manufacturing faults become apparent with 14 days of purchase please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no charge. After this we offer a UK based RTB warranty cover for the remainder of the 12 months.
Should you not be happy with an item and wish to return or exchange it then please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order to discuss next steps & obtain a returns reference number. Please do not return an item without first obtaining a returns reference number. For products to be eligible for refund they must be complete, unused and in resalable condition. Any monies refunded to you will be less all expenses incurred by Bic Boats Direct in delivering your order and its subsequent return to our warehouse.
Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched we will endeavour to cancel your order. However, should the order already be in transit please refuse delivery stating your reasons. We will refund all monies paid by yourself less all expenses incurred by Bic Boats Direct in delivering your order and its subsequent return to our warehouse.
In the case of refunds & returns the delivery charges for most smaller items are described at purchase. For larger items where the delivery charge is incorporated into the total price (stated as included and not shown separately) or for boats (where the minimum delivery charge of £79.99 is a significant subsidy from what it actually costs us to deliver), then the typical charge for one-way delivery/return is approximately £100 for dinghies but will increase with distance from our warehouse.
